Your stay is for up to two (2) weeks during the 2025–2026 season, including prime times during the warmer months (September through February). The exact stay dates will be confirmed at a mutually agreeable time between you and the owners of the cottage.

  • This is a non-smoking home. 
  • As this cottage was built around 186, the stairs to the attic rooms are very steep.
  • A cleaning fee of NZD $ 200.00 (approximately USD $120) will be collected from the winner by the owners of the cottage. 
  •  The estimated value may vary based on travel dates, seasonal demand, local school holidays, etc. In addition, fluctuations in exchange rates could affect the final U.S. dollar amount.
